This is nicely shot - although you could do better with a tripod for some shots - and you had a super day for it, but why is there no commentary? You may know what's going on., but many viewers would hardly have a clue. They think meat comes from Tesco, and spuds grow on trees. Educate `em. And another absolute must: do some interviews with some of those farmers, the auctioneer, etc.
