On November 2, 2010 gamers rallied outside of the Supreme Court before the Court heard oral arguments in Schwarzenegger v. EMA. Gamers and the video game industry support free speech and that video games should be treated liked other forms of entertainment.   • Video Games should be protected under the First Amendment like books, movies, comics, music, and other forms of media. Those who think otherwise has their heads stuck in quicksand.

  • @ieetmelon Maybe, but keep in mind most of the parents don't know what they are getting their kids. Hell, i tricked my dad into buying me RDR without a clue of what it was about. It was pretty damn easy too. I know that it should be "THEIR" problem, but remember it's OUR future.
