ssh and nfs are hands down superior to samba. If only I could do a printer share without samba...

yet i usualy use scp to transfer files securely. is sftp scp ? or some how related to it ? didnt cared a lot about sftp yet.

in Gnome with Nautilus you can just type ssh://host and it will run it ;)
