I actually got to meet him when I was working right outside DC, and he's one of the coolest people I've had the pleasure to know. Very gracious and humble, and he has a hilarious sense of humor.

Seems like a friendly guy!
Not sure if I'd be able to keep a professional face if I had to serve Bush food for 8 years.

His most embarrassing moment was when President Clinton asked him to bake a cake for a private party in the shape of a clam.
