@LadyTerra28 They're a terrorist group who believe something to the effect that dinosaurs are the only ones worthy of living on the earth (kinda like a dino fetish you could say). So they've developed a bomb here that will kill off all living creatures but dinosaurs, and effectively, those they've transformed, which is most likely all of the Kobra members. It's a cult essentially. If you betray the family, they kill you off. Hence why so many of the members go through this change I imagine.
