@mancross1 Haha, Yep! I am caster supervisor at my caster and I'm always saying "get the hell out of my damn way so I can burn this bad boy open you're takin' too long". What do you do at your caster? operator, steel pour?

@SvenHeuser IM NOT "FUCKING" WITH ANYONE!! IM JUST SAYING WHY WOULD ANYONE NEED TO USE ROBOTS OTHER THAN TO ELIMINATE JOBS!! AND ITS NOT VERY USEFUL UNLESS THE CASTER IS IN FAIRY TALE LA LA LAND BECAUSE AT MY CASTER, YOU MUST BE QUICK AT IT IT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH SAFETY! AND WHAT DOES A 450mm SLAB SIZE HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING??? GET THAT DAMN ROBOT OUT OF MY WAY BEFORE IT TURNES US AROUND!! CHEERS!

You're right. There is nothing dangerous in lancing a ladle if you know how to do it. Ridicoulous and senseless! And last of all...Thick Slab Casting: 400mm ??? Stop fucking with us! We revamped a casting machine at a german steel producer to up 450mm! Search your feelings (and the Internet), you kno it's true! Stop bothering...

Using "robots" to lance open ladles? So stupid!!!! When it breaks down do you have to call a "robot technician" out ? We have to turn around the "robot is down"! Stupid!!!
