@Neojhun Why would you say that? I believe recruiters save a startup a TON of time looking for people. If you have the funding to hire full time staff, you should let others stress about your HR needs so you can focus on scaling the company. Unless an investor wants to you do all the leg work, outsourcing the HR is the most cost effective way to get good people in the door.

This is a great avenue for startups, especially when you might have to build your product with an outside developer to explore the market. Then you can come to a direct recruiter and build in your own staff to work full time on further development.
