Exterior shots and Ariel shots were filmed in Cleveland Municipal Stadium while the filming of games were shot at Milwaukee County Stadium. Like someone has already said, the scoreboard shows Milwaukee TV station WTMJ-TV and during an interview I believe before the final game, the interviewer is a person that is from the station WTMJ. Also, Bob Uecker makes a cameo as the Indians radio announcer although he is really the announcer for the Milwaukee Brewers which is where the film was filmed.

@glbgarfield Wrong the makers of the film made it look that way but it was filmed at County Stadium in Milwaukee. If you watch the movie again you will see TMJ 4 on the scoreboard which is a Milwaukee TV station not to mention an add for the old 94.5 WKTI.

Great ballpark.
-
they filmed the movie in both parks.
-
Parts of " Major League" were filmed at Hi Corbett Field in Tucson AZ.
Check it out by Googling the question.

They should have opened the roof slightly, so the game would have been... wait for it... juuuust a bit outside!
-
It's too bad Bob Uecker was traveling with the Brewers because he should've been calling that game.

it looks fucking cold

@glbgarfield Idiot , major league was filmed at county stadium, hell if you look at the scoreboard it even says "wtmj4" which is a one of our (I live near Milwaukee) local tv stations. The scoreboard is also the county stadium scoreboard. The press box is the county stadium press box. County stadium is where I went to my first game. EVEN WIKIPEDIA CONCURS. The film might have been set at Cleveland's municipal stadium, but they didnt film it there. Idiot
Lol well no duh there playing this song. Major League was filmed in Milwaukee. Not in Miller Park, but their old stadium. County Stadium I believe its called.
