If you were a real Josiah fan you would know that the song is called " Lover " and it's about a ( to phrase it nicely cuz I love Josiah ) street girl, if you will. He falls in love with her. But she doesn't love him back.

That's why he frequently refers to her as a "bitch!!" cuz he's hurt that she didn't live him back.
