@bdrizzle1989 yeah most strips from the store are white meat unless specified. dark meat though (legs and thighs) are very good sources of protein as well. they may have a little more fat on them but in the grand scheme of things, both white and dark meat are excellent sources of protein.

yo whats up man..I usually get boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins/thin cut strips. They are white meat, are those healthiest ?
