My god how americans love to hate this thing. Because its popular in america and eats market shares from Corvette.
As for these Nurburgring laps.. They are publicity stunts at best. Nissan uses the Ring because they dont have any heritage that we can relate to. They target the Corvette in USA because quite frankly USA produces nothing else that can be compared. However the cars used at Nurburgring are thinly disguised, highly modified cars with race drivers. NOT representative of actual cars.

This is the world's fastest Nissan Skyline GT-R ever built, a 530hp. This previews Nissan Skyline GT-R was only 485hp and now it gain 45hp. I love the Skyline GT-R.
