Balancing the strength of your forearm (anterior and posterior)muscles!
Keeping proper muscle balance is very important for proper joint alignment and stability in your wrists, hands and fingers.

This video is about strengthening your posterior forearm (back of your arm) muscles using concentric contractions.

I will be demonstrating posterior eccentric contraction exercises later.

Delay and/or prevent Arthritic hands with balanced muscle strength.

Many other forearm risk factors ( tendinitis, tennis elbow, golf elbow) can also be prevented by balanced muscle strength.
