  • There ARE a few games which causes frame rate drops at certain points - overclocking would usually improve the performance in those parts. ;P

But seriously, Sony underclocked the PSP right out of the box, when its CPU actually has more potential when running at its original clock.

  • can you upload a video with an overclocked PSP run the NDS emulator?

  • mute at 00:00

  • @bl4h1 it's for people who wanna play emualtors, especially n64, it works for that

  • Cool.

  • @bl4h1 I think it's more of a matter of being able to say you can.

  • @SHlUNYEAN yes

  • Will overclocking the PSP improve load time of CSO games?

  • @2007excalibur2007 I just got Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition for mine, I always ran it on default because of draining battery, and killing the CPU faster, but the game was laggy in game and in menus. 333, and it ran smooth, like on the PS2. :D this and GTA I think are one of the few games needed overclocking. :3

  • use 333/333 mhz it is the best if you overclock the cpu next you have to overclock your gpu too!
