I think this song kinda ruins the mystery around Audrey 2 that there is in the musical. I think it's better that the audience has no idea what audrey 2 actually is or where it comes from
(just my personal opinion)

Is it just me, or does Audrey 2's voice sound weird when he says "I got killer thorns" through "Better move it out"

This version is cool...but I hate the music...and Audrey 2's laugh...it's better in the version they released

The first movie and play both ended this way. Well, technically the first movie ended with seymour dead and consumed but them figuring out what the plant was doing, technically.

The Moranis version with this ending makes little sense, since as Americans we have no problem with murdering in the name of "justice' which is effectively what Seymour does. Sure, it doesn't follow faust as closely as some have pointed out but who cares? We like our heroes to win.

does anyone else think the music in this version sounds a little too cartoon-ish?
