like s/he's doing, use an icing spatula. give the cake a thin crumb coat first if you're not used to working with icing. dollop a healthy glob on to the cake, then use the turn table to spin the cake while holding the spatula steadily, instead of moving the spatula. hope it helps :]

This liqyuid is maked from water 25g , suger 25g and Kirschwasser 5g.
