Travel trivia:
Traveling around the mainland is actually very easy and convenient. China has excellent railway system in the world. They have all sorts of buses for long-distance trip. The peak seasons for traveling in China are during National holiday, May Day Holiday, and Spring Festival. Expect the great crowd during those times.

@lukebccb What makes you so puzzled? Mainland China means the area except Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan. It's really a common sense for everybody. Please don't be ignorant.

@lukebccb If you wanna talk politics, you oughtta know that there's two Chinas: one that is free and friendly, but small enough to get bullied, and it's called Taiwan R.O.C. @lukebccb well, there is. it has a different goverment,political system and is often called taiwan. of course you can scream like a baby but that wont change facts. after mao drove the Kuomintang to taiwan, 2 chinese states were established.
