Tumor fairly small. Anterior and exophytic. Pretty straightforward lap partial. As you said, it's near the hilum, not really a hilar tumor. I would suggest using lapra ty instead of surgicel pledgets, it's faster, simpler and more effective at pulling the edges together without tearing.

I agree. The Mission Impossible background music is annoying and trivializes the subject matter. The video would be better without it or any music, for that matter.
