Miele Premier 500 with the lid removed

What tool did you use to open the front, odd screws, near the detergent despenser?

Do you have to get that too from Miele? (or a specialist hardwear store)?

Or on-line?

How did you get your lid open? ... via removing first the front?

Excellent choice of machine. I have the W562 Prestige Plus model and would not use anything else now
