I literally turn into a huge ball of anger when I work the box office. I really want to lash out at customers; I just stop laughing or smiling at people when they make rude jokes...or just jokes at all after they ask me stupid questions or neglect to answer mine. I also hate it when they come up with cell phones that mess with my microphone/speakers and ignore me and what information I want from them. Do you also get those who want the number to other theaters? As if we are great friends?

I love when people pay but walk away before their tickets print, then come back 5 minutes later "yeah you forgot to give us our tickets." No you dumbass, you walked away before I could give them to you.

This is my weekend in a nutshell! Work a months worth of concession or box office and you will discover how fucking idiotic the average American populace is. Tell us what time your movie is! Tell us which movie you want! If you want a soda, tell us what size, which drink! We can't goddamn read your minds. Finally, just because we work a low paying job does not mean we are as dumb as YOU. Stop assuming we're fucking morons because of the size of our paycheck!
