Here I am demonstrating my newly bought folding cycle. It is made by TI Cycles India at their Chennai factroy. Top of the range BSA Foldman Utopia weighs 12.5 kg, comes with 6 gears and a carrier bag and is real fun to cycle. From this new year I have started to cycle as much as possible as my contribution to our enviornment.

  • 12.5 kg is quite heavy to carry..wonder if folding bikes can be much lighter...well, how much does it cost..in chennai. i am from chennai.

  • Sorry for the delayed reply. The cycle was priced at 9,000 rupees by TI Cycles. The bad news is that it is not produced anymore as the company found it not that much in demand!!

    Cheers,

    Kris
