Please Subscribe! Well I found these rocks one night and since they were outdoors I needed to wash them so I put some bleach in a bucket and filled it with water and let it sit for a day and now I'm giving it one last frest bucket of hot water. Tomorrow we'll go outside and lay the rocks out in the sun! New videos coming soon!

  • Won't the bleach stay on the rocks and harm the fish?

  • @AlexSlams thats why you do a double rinse, once with really hot water and then with cooler water and I let them sit in the sun to dry

  • Soaking them in bleach for more than an hour is a waste of time. Also bleach will not destroy things like chemicals and pesticides. Any rocks from rivers and creeks need to be soaked in bleach for an hour and rinsed for at least an hour to flush out any chemicals. Do not collect rocks from beside roads, they get everything from chemicals from cars to weed killer, to fertilizer, etc.....
