That 5% can spare money when they tax system is catered to their liking. Even though our tax system taxes more it still is too strong on lower income and middle class. Republicans have been ignoring the middle class for decades and Obama thinks it's about time that ended. The tax system will change at the upper levels which will offset the lowering taxation of the lower and middle class. That's how he'll do it.
