Who cares how she looks. She's not here to impress you. She created this video to show others how to workout the butt, thigh and all. It's really nice of her to take the time to show this video to us. She didn't have to If she didn't want to. We need more of this, especially for women out there who don't know what to do on how to workout the butt and thigh area. So please, stop making such selfish and rude comments about this video including of her. Take it elsewhere. God bless :)

The exercises can all be performed with or without the resistance bands but we believe wearing Kbands will provide instant muscle activation in the glutes, hips, legs, core and butt.
