@ileet333 There are constantly news reports of people pretending to be police and pulling people over only to rob them, she obviously wasn't leading him on a high speed chase and pulled over as soon as she seen other cars around the area.
I agree that there was no beating, but the cop was on a power trip and had no control over his anger, police should not act like that.
