  • other than strength building, this has absolutely nothing to do with pole vault. If your working on the swing, to get inverted, then you have to actually work on SWINGING the trail leg with the drive knee.

  • @Pappyboa14 Go swing on a high bar then. Gymnastics teaches your body coordination..which you need to be a good pole vaulter. As well, it makes you strong with your body..which you also need as a pole vaulter. So, sorry this isn't a video of me doing what you want me to be doing.

  • that is a very impressive felg to hand stand on the rings. I've been workin on the free back hip to handstands u did myself. although i'm having difficulty getting myself fully inverted. i have the same problem translated on to the pole.
