My Dad has a collection of old war helmets, which gave me the idea of making a mini war scene. I used a homemade Green Screen, so it's kind of harsh around the edges, but it got the job done.

  • Everyone is so negative on this thing. Who really cares what type of gear he has on. This video was made after a few beers with Pops, and allot laughs. Last I searched the kid who made this on Google, he popped as a visual VFX artist for movies. Transformers 3 to name one. So despite the historical flaws, I'm pretty sure he did something right.

  • This is so cool! Two shots, one bullet! I Love it!

  • You got a piece of crap Yugo M48 Post war Mauser, and a Spanish Helmet, with some stupid home made uniform. Get your shit done right

  • Ive been collecting authentic WW2 german militaria for over 20 years and im an expert when it comes to this. DONT challenge me with your lack of knowledge kid. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH!

  • yes really! the spanish army adopted the German style helmet after the war. The suspension on your helmet is a web suspension and a TRUE german helmet suspension is made of 8 leather tongues. there are only 3 cotter pins that hold a TRUE german helmets suspension in and german helmets had a 2 piece leather chin strap. the rifle may be a Mauser, but it isnt a K98! mausers were made by hundreds of countries and YOURS ISNT A GERMAN MAUSER!

  • Really? Germans wore them in late ww2 watch videos of german ww2 helmets and see for yourself the matching!Yes, I might not be a kar but a mauser. So? What's the difference? Kar98 was produced at the end of the 19th century.

  • that isnt a german K98 and thats a spanish helmet NOT A GERMAN WWII!! do ur research kid.....

  • @kjumper1 That is a Kar98 Kurz rifle and a German Helmet.

  • thats a spanish helmet not a german helmet and thats not a K98!
