Dolls hair cannot get greasy as it does not have sweat and no natural oils to make it greasy. Its probably from putting product in it, which should only be done while and/or after washing. Do not wash the dolls scalp as it will loosen the glue and yes, eventually make your doll(s) bald.

I did mine a while ago,... no hair falling out at all but a little rip in the plush part of the body behind the neck, but nothing seriouse. just have to be carefull

@Crazygirl6547 omg that happen to my doll and what i did was just like put in water for like 20 secs or mins and then i but it outside for a day but you can put it by the fan and then i went out before school to check and my dolls hair was like not greasy but it was smooth it worked for me
