I just couldn't resist, so I copied down the music late last night (around midnight) and then got to it after eating at a buffet this morning :-) And 30 min later, here's the raw video of me playing this piece- though not nearly as well as Naoko does it!

Sheet music (my own transcription) for this piece and several others that I've written down for past YouTube videos can be found at:

Yep, gotta register- but at least I won't spam you since I control everything that goes on there :-)

  • You are a master!

  • Your techi

  • 0.0 bravo!

maybe you just need to relax a bit for the notes..

since you just did it for 30min... =)

  • that was great. thanks - you have talent :)

  • @TwoTekah Thanks :D It helped alot

  • @101kyouya dont get angry, and its better to relax while playing rather than tensing up. Also, do you have a teacher? if not, get one.

  • I can't play a single song on the violin and I've been playing for 5 months. Every time i play i get really angry from messing up I feel like breaking my violin in half. Dx Any suggestions?

  • @BenChanViolin I completely agree, Ben. Not to mention, you said in the video that you'd only been playing it for about thirty minutes. Of COURSE you'd need some practice, it's not as if you'd been playing it for years up to this final moment. People really need to lighten up these days!

  • Classically-trained, classically influenced. Loving the Gershwin-esque mix of both jazz and classical.

Keep up the amazing work! I love listening to your transcriptions, and your tutorials have really helped with my self-teaching of violin. :)

  • I have watched naoko's video at least 50 times and I must say: good job -- you almost play this as good as she does. you are very good and it's inspiring to see you play! thanks...
