ow gosh, no word of a lie, my parents bought a new washing machine yesterday and we had the exact same problem. The first thing that manual should say is to take out the screws! or a big sign on the back. They had it on 1800rpm and oh my gosh it was moving down the kitchen! Anyway, they took out the screwes and everything was fine
