This is the new Diamond Plus dartboard from Winmau. It has the usual build quality and well packed sisal that you expect from Winmau, but here they have developed the diamond wire system so that the wires used are much thinner.

  • Hi mate i know i have asked this before but what are the white things round the dartboard when it is in the cabinet? Do they come with dartboard or cabinet or seperate and if so where can i get them? Thanks

  • @harryl95 - they are plastic door wedges. You shove them underneath your door when you want to hold it open. they are about a quid for 2 from pretty much any pound shop.

  • what is the diffrence between the diamond board and a blade 4? only the wires?

  • @leroydude91 - pretty much, although I suspect that the Diamond Pro board is packed a little less tightly as it doesnt have to hold in the blade system as well.

  • @double16dotcom

Okay that's cool. If you may give your personal opinion wich board you think is better then?

Im currently using a blade 4 but I want a new board because I hang it to much outside when it was cold and raining...

  • @leroydude91 - I would choose a Blade 4 everytime mate - great board but more expensive. however I believe there is a great deal on them at the minute....

  • It has a staple through the edge of the treble so I am sticking with my Unicorn Eclipse Pro

  • I can't be doing with stapled boards either. Defeats the object lessening the width of the wire system when the staples reduce the scoring area on the key board areas. Blade 4 a much better board and will be the standard for a long time.

  • @mrjointsmoke why spend more money on a practice board the only games you will be playing is with your mates so it dosent matter if you have bounce out once in a while

  • @mrjointsmoke - far be it from me to doubt your opinion mate but I have searched through the section on Nodor history on Patrick Chaplain's site and for the life of me I can't find anything about them copying their original idea from any other company..... they invented it in the first place.
