freshwater Harpacticoid Copepods

A sudden copepod bloom in my quarantine tank, occupied only by The Plecostomas That Should Have Died - who's name is Succubus. I believe from all of my internet research, that these are (as noted by the title) Harpacticoid Copepods. This video was filmed with a point and shoot Casio Exilim, edited with iMovie 08, and soundtracked on Garageband by me with my Fender Acoustasonic, my Yamaha keyboard, and my Behringer mixer. I wrote the music especially for this video.

i have a betta by it self and it has those white bugs too, i wanna change tha water but now from what im reading here in u tube i probably shouldnt???? i think i am though

there are many different types of "bugs" that can infest aquariums - if you arent sure then change them out... its just a sign that your tank has some good chemestry going - so dont change your routine even if you do get rid of the creatures...

"they" say that it is a sign of a healthy tank and that they are good for the tank and i am lucky...

Actually they are ostracods, one of their common names is seed shrimp.
