This video is sickening, but it does illustrate just how far a formerly fine organization has spiraled downwards in just 4 years. Under KL's leadership BofA bought Countrywide Financial, which was a bottomless pit.. It will be a drag on BofA's earnings for years by way of write-offs and endless litigation by Countrywide debt holders looking for deep pockets. KL is right up there with the guys that ran Wachovia and WaMu.

Ken Lewis is the protégé of Hugh McColl, Jr. both are crooks. The bank was built on a Ponzi type schemes that was covered up. It wasn't what you were worth to get financing, it was who you knew. They loaned money on a concept of being in the family something like the Mafia. After they loaned the money you were used as a pawn in a bigger picture until you were moved on and out (foreclosed on).It got so big that it finally failed like any Ponzi scheme for the tax payer to clean up for $45B!
