I don't like ss, the certificates should be free. Theres also free client-side alternative to ssl, which are just as secure. Of cause you could argue that it would be possible for an attacker to intercept and manipulate the JavaScript, but that just doesn't happen in real life situations. Theres also the question of how that would be possible in the first place, likely only on insecure wireless networks, or compromised computers. Not really our problem.
