Crooked Attorney Screwed Paul Pantone and sent him to Mental Hospital

Paul Pantone returns a call from Gil Athay's secretary. He informs her his court notice was delivered after his court date. She, the one who makes calls for Athay, said that "we do not call people" to tell them about their court dates, and that they did not try to call Paul.
Then Athay get's on the phone and says HE tried to call, but the numbers were DISCONNECTED. The phone bill's prove this is a lie and that the phones were constantly working. This Attorney is largely responsible for Paul's being taken to and held at the Utah State Hospital.

I'm not fully convinced that he's crooked. My guess is that they just screwed up and don't want to take the blame (could be a costly one at $100k).  Like I said, it's a guess. There's no telling what was really going on here but, if that letter was truly postmarked after the hearing and his phones were never out (can be proven by the phone company), then that attorney would have some hell to pay.

I know for a fact that the phones were hooked up! and this wack job lawyer is nuts... what about the awnswering machine ? The numbers where no good ? Excuses. Those people really want paul in jail etc.. What about the person that broke into his house and modified his computer files while he was locked up.. Modifing + Deleting information = The afternoon the day before he got released while he wasn't even home.The diagnostic scan program gave date+times+file names Etc.. It was a setup!
