i think everyone should consider the possibility that non-lethal weaponry actually decreases greatly the ability of someone to protest any sort of action on the part of anyone wealthy enough to afford things like tazers, rubber bullets, or this monstrosity here. your government isn't likely to kill you, no- that would be unethical. but i don't believe anyone would have a problem with incapacitating a few unruly protesters before they had a chance to, i dunno...actually change something.
