The Bricklayer's Beautiful Daughter - Will Ackerman Fingerstyle Guitar

This is off the album Passage by William Ackerman. It's probably one of the most recognizable guitar pieces of the Windham Hill label. At least it's one of the most beautiful.
The tuning is d# g# c# f# b e and it's capoed at the fifth fret.
The guitar is a Tacoma Chief C1C that I picked up cheap a couple of weeks ago. As trashed as it looks it's a great little guitar to play out with, especially with the L.R.Baggs Miratone pickup system.
I filmed the clip with my Kodak Zi8 and an inexpensive Sony microphone.
Wardrobe (pink shirt) provided courtesy of the 80's... perfect for Windham Hill.

excellent playing, muß zu meiner schande gestehen, dass ich zwar den gitarristen ackerman vom namen her kenne das stück allerdings nicht, hat etwas sehr spezielles im positiven sinn, schöne woche noch, so long friedel

Danke schoen, Friedel. Ich habe eigentlich auch erst kuerzlich Interesse an dem von Will Ackerman gegruendetem Windham Hill label gefunden. Michael Hedges, Alex de Grassi und Ed Gerhard sind soweit ich weiss von ihm entdeckt worden.
