  • they use them hides for stuff like decoration hang it on your wall or make rugs or clothing or you can make riffle scabbards or knife sheaths, pistol holsters, you can cut them and braid them to make bull whips or you can make gloves, all kinds of cool stuff

  • it's rawhide. hasn't been tanned.

  • I don't think that those hides are finished... meaning they have been skinned, cleaned of fat and meat for the most part and then dried.

  • those are awfully stiff hides...what are they typically used for?
