The writing sucks the casting is worse, Molly Ringwald!!?? It's not as bad as "IT" with John Ritter and Harry Anderson, and Tim Curry!!! YUCK!! HBO or SciFi needs to do this right. Gary Sinise is a plausible Stu Redman, but maybe Adam Sandler as Larry Underwood, there is something about him that is like biting on tin foil! Johnny Knoxville as Lloyd Henreid, Owen Wilson as Tom Cullen, Steve Buscemi as Trash Can Man, Samuel L Jackson as Randall Flagg. Bruce Dern as Glen Bateman, whatcha think?

I think the book is actually King´s best work. It´s just M-O-O-N, uh, I mean it´s awesome. Tom Cullen, Larry Underwood and all the others helped me to cover stretches of time which would have been pretty boring otherwise.

Frannie Goldsmith is the most abrasive, annoying, and imo pointless character I've ever read in a Stephen King novel. The whole time I was hoping Harold would kill her, but not Stu, Stu is alright... =)
