i use white suger and it didnt come out brown as i thought it would..maybe i stir in the meat too soon? it came out okay in the end but not like my mom cooking.

@1436iloveu - Hello, white sugar is good, you need to leave it until it's really brown without burning then add the meat, it's takes time to learn how to caramelise, try it again :)
