I will never give in to being deprived of my freedom, justice, and rights.

This is my first video explaining how LawLIARs have raped me and my 2nd family with a pack of LawLIARs Lies. Starting from the top of the Canadian Judicial System which is not a system of Justice, but just a bogus legal system of LawLIARs backing upth integrity of their collegue LawLiars Lies instead of safeguarding the integrity of the boundaries of th Law and the Rules of Court.... This will take you on a desending journey starting from Supreme Court Judge down to the dirty LawLIARs in the streets.

Following is the Act of Law, and The Rules of Court .I was deprived of my rights to:

Sections 28(1) and 28(2), of the Canada Evidence Act c-5. "An Act Respecting Witnesses and Evidence" State;

Notice of production of book or document

28. (1) No copy of any book or other document shall be admitted in evidence, under the authority of section 23, 24, 25, 26 or 27, on any trial, unless the party intending to produce the copy has before the trial given to the party against whom it is intended to be produced reasonable notice of that intention.

Not less than 7 days

(2) The reasonableness of the notice referred to in subsection (1) shall be determined by the court, judge or other person presiding, but the notice shall not in any case be less than seven days.

All our courts can and should be challenged based on jurisdication and authority, since both the Supreme Court of Canada and BC Court of Appeal have dismissed the Constitutional Authority of Magna Carta. That means there is no monarchy, and as such the court can not appeal to Crown as a source of its authority.

@mike6291 I agree! It's just show business and fashionable for ladies like Justice Minister of Alberta, Alison Redford.  and the trial judge Justice Karen Horner. I'm lauching a monster case. They're going to want to piont the finger at my ex-wife, and whoever else and each other. Going to bust the Kangaroo. not many people know there are two different laws in Canada french law and english law. FYI

it would be much easier if they would penalize lawLIARs from jumping over the boudaries of law and Rules of Court,, then throw in Jail if they Lie, whether or not they'r judges or not. Judges telling lies is more corrupt. Futhermore, Mexico has a far better legal system in Family :Law. Canada has a legal system for lawyers, and not a system of justice for everyone...........

It's unfortunate that legal aid was unavailable. The system is tremendously complex, and arguing a contested matter well at both trial and appeal is not an easy thing even for experienced lawyers.
