  • I've seen a similar sawhorse workbench designs in two old reference books: "The Handy Man's Guide" and "The Practical Woodworker".

  • I'm really looking forward to watching this series.

  • I think traditional workbenches are so common because people build them so just to build them to have accomplished building one. People tend to judge their skills on the account of how nice their workbench is. Kinda more in love with the ideal than the purpose. It's like the gateway to woodworking. I like to see the custom stuff like the one your building and to see it actually being used and abused. Most people with work benches don't even wanna set a chisel on it.
