@hurryporter wushu. which is different as it is a form-based art/sport while shaolin kungfu involves real fight. wushu is not.

I would say his form in the first clip is the most impressive one. His balance, explosiveness and control is so amazing, even though it's not the hardest form, he does it with most grace. Beautiful! and what is he there, 8? my jaw dropped first time I saw it, phew.
