@MrVampiredog When Johnny Mathis sings this he's promoting himself and his concerts. Alfie was here to promote the ENO's 'Kismet.' So he's bound to perform it as he would in the show, as 'KIsmet's' director wanted. Couldn't have done too badly. Understand there were so many requests, Parkinson's show did one of its first digital downloads for this song.

Alfie Boe is an outstanding performer. I saw Les Miserables 2 weeks ago, his performance as Jean Valjean was so moving, especially when he sang Bring Him Home.
