This is almost certainly a droid. It isn't a Nexus One - that case is rounded, and the speaker is curved. It has almost everything the droid has, assuming that the "chin" is covered with a finger.

Additionally, the speaker is exactly the right size and shape, the corners and metal stripping is just right. When you see him flip it out, the power and the headphone jack are in the right placement for the droid. They might have edited out the Motorola logo. or perhaps it's a euro spec "milestone"
