legally the woman might also have grounds to re-enter if she was never legally evicted. The bottom line is the bank caused this by selling a loan that adjusted sharply upwards,,these are guaranteed to fail, and the government, and the banks, the ones with the money, should be smart enough and moral enough to know that.

I live just outside of Baltimore. MD - The city that bleeds. The real predators are ACORN. I can't find where the City State's Atty Pat Jessamy has initiated action against ACORN for this. Of course, she's wants to prosecute the patriots that did all the under cover vids of the ACORN bunch. Glenn Beck says State's Atty Jessamy is on the Senior advisory board of ACORN. Hmmmmm. Time for an FBI investigation on ACORN and the City State's Atty.

If that woman's loan went up $300 in a month (after it "adjusted"), then she could not have been in that home for very long to begin with. This is a prime example of someone who couldn't afford to buy a home to begin with. It's sad that she lost it, but she should not be given false hope of moving back in. That is not going to happen. Instead she should have focused her efforts on getting a new residence (i.e. renting) and rebuilding. These people are in their own dreamworld.
