Squirrels - as i know - do not eat birds. So, what if you give peppered food to birds, which from they gonna be spicy and squirrels will addicted to eat them from then?

Hi! I am so glad to have this discussion with you, as I had the same one with a MN Extension Birder about 15 years ago. The birds do well with the spice, and I made some videos to show you the results with the squirrels and the birds... I hope you enjoy the new vids! Thanks!

@72daystar Thank you for the comment! It is surprising, but birds can not taste the cayenne. I bet there are some other seasonings on these nuts, but if you mix in just cayenne pepper, with your bird food, you will get some surprised squirrels. I just advise some kind of spacesuit, because the stuff is powerful.
