@13firebug13 i don't have custom settings this program used to work great on my pc, it say the dll. file is missing although it is right above it!!

does this program not work on vista? i tried it three times (installing it too) and it didnt put any of the icons on the ps3. i did everything the vid said

@MSilverKatana if you have done any of these then that may be the problem why its not working have you
1. changed the name a picture file
2. deleted the dont use icons
3. deleted any of the code in the xml file while editing it
dont do any of the 1. 2. 3. problems if u need more help tell me.

@MSilverKatana what comes up saying its not working is it a file will .dll at the end if it is then thats your problem and i dont know if its fixable. Do you know if you pc a custom settings if it does then that might also be why first check if it has custom settings.

@MSilverKatana if you mean so you can can change name and stuff then find the xml file and open it up in notepad the edit only were it says to change the font and color of the theme go to the bottom of the code (xml file) all of the codes for the font and color is at the in the theme maker folder.
