  • you are doing the feet wrong- they ar supposed to be under water :)

  • er guys, what move is this: the person does the breaststroke, only with his head upwards? (he didnt bop his head up n down the water like in this video)..

  • The technique with the full head lift seems to be from early 1990s or even 1980s. I wouldn't say it's wrong, just old-fashioned and easier for the general public to learn. Kneecaps should be hip to shoulder-width apart depending on the swimmer. If you were taught to keep them closer together it was likely an over-correction to help you because your knees were turning out wider than the feet (like a frog) instead of the feet turning out wider than the knees (actual whip kick).

  • This is not right at all... you are suppose to come up each time you call your self former professionals

  • This style seems to be correct. Only head is a raised a little high for breathing. Normally breaststroke swimmers look downward when breathing.

  • your butt is not suposeto go up and down

  • the kneecaps arent supposed to be that far apart right?

  • Why is this wrong can you X-plain?

  • you're saying that former professinal swimmer is wrong? You must be phelps or something..

  • this is wrong
