I too was in a band with John. We played a bunch of gigs here in LA, a few photo shoots, had a few beers and shots and just enjoyed each others company. After I joined his band the Darma Bumbs, we continued on together to a few more bands.
I miss him allot. Please give him a huge hug and kiss for me.

I went to college and grew up in the same neighborhood as Johnny. He always had a left handed guitar by his side. I pray all the time that someday he will again. Love you bro.

My girlfriend had a similar injury. It was very hard in the beginning but it gets better.

I have a brother with severe CP, your brother reminds me of him, I cried when I saw this, I get so sad sometimes when I wonder what could've been if my brother did not have CP. Keep up the good work though and GOD bless you.
