  • I approve, the best cooks tend to be "rednecks" I saw a dude on here totally fudge up a london broil, with a lot of class!

  • hilarious

  • Jeez! I don't mean to sound like Chef Gordon Ramsey, but

your surroundings are disgusting and your technique is WRONG!

Keep that grill CLEAN by letting the coals actually get HOT and scrape the hell out of that grate! Then apply a thin coat of cooking oil.

NEVER, NEVER cook meat (ANY MEAT) directly over the flame! All it does is char the hell out of the outside and leave the inside cool.

You really need a new grill!

  • Try tightening the screws on the grill handle... before it falls off!!!

  • That has got to be the worst song in the world and the fact that it was played to a guy making a steak.......speechless. (Almost.)

  • @Gabbo2010 - 30 mins per lb ?? I usually broil mine @ 500 degrees for about 9-10 per side and that's it but I wan't to try my hand at it on my new grill.

  • @onebadwestie no, before you cook the steak it is good to poke holes to allow the marinade to absorb but you are correct never puncture holes while cooking or else the juice and flavor will be gone.

  • Never puncture holes.

  • You can't grill London Boil, you are supposed to grill it for a couple of minutes on each side and then put in the oven, 30 minutes per pound of steak, then let it rest a bit, then cut it at an angle and against the grain. You did it mostly right up until you cut it.
